Please respect your esthetician.  Inappropriate behaviour is not tolerated.  We reserve the right to turn away clients who do not follow proper etiquette.

Please be specific when booking your services so we can allow sufficient time for your appointment. Any additional services added at the time of appointment will be based on availability.

To respect other patrons, please set cellular phones on vibrate or silent and refrain from use during your appointment.

Expired service appointed gift cards can be used as cash value gift cards. Gift cards donated to charities by Open to Beauty Esthetics are not valid once expired.

Cancellations with at least 24 hours advance notice is appreciated.  No-shows and cancellations without sufficient notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). An invoice will be emailed for the penalties and are due within 5 business days.

For parties of 4 or more, a non-refundable security deposit of 25% is required along with a credit card to be kept on file. No-shows and cancellations without sufficient notice will result in an additional 25% charge of the scheduled services (total of 50% charge).

Facial & Body Treatments

​

Please inform your esthetician of any allergies or health conditions (ie. pregnant, heart conditions, etc.)

​

Please inform your esthetician if you are on any medication for you skin.

 

Please discontinue use of Retinol 3 days prior and 3 days after a facial treatment or facial waxing.

​

Please do not wax (eyebrow, lip, chin, etc.) at least 3 days prior or 3 days after a facial treatment.​

​

Beauty Treatments

​

Lash Lift after care: Do not wet or wash your lashes for 24-48 hours following treatment. During this period, try to avoid the use of eye makeup, saunas, swimming, steam rooms, tears, etc.

​

For hygienic reasons, please bring your own mascara for your make-up application.

​​

Please wear a zip up or button up top for your make-up application.

​

Hair Removal Treatments

​

First timer or have a low pain tolerance?  Take a painkiller 30 minutes prior to your appointment.

​

 Those currently using an acne treatment (prescription or OTC) or Retinol/Retin-A must discontinue use for 1 week pre and post treatment.

​

Hand & Foot Treatments

​

Don't forget to bring your flip flops for your pedicure if you are doing regular polish.  

No need to worry if you are doing gel polish or Dazzle Dry!
